I took the photos and designed the album trailer for Röyksopp's new album, True Electric. The concept highlights the club-inspired elements of their music while reflecting their return to the roots of electronic sound.


CONCEPT:

Reimagined versions of the classics


This visual style not only reflects the album cover but also embodies Röyksopp’s return to their electronic roots. The monochrome color palette symbolizes a cyclical journey—stripping back to essentials while embracing the essence of their sound. I used poetic and retro patterns to evoke a sense of nostalgia while maintaining a futuristic edge, mirroring their fusion of classic electronic elements with modern innovation. This aesthetic reinforces True Electric's core theme: revisiting the past while surging forward into new sonic territories.
